General Terms and Conditions of SF-Filterdienst GmbH

The following "General Terms and Conditions" apply exclusively to all our offers, sales and services in Austria. They form an integral part of the contractual relationship. Deviating or additional terms and conditions shall only be recognised if they have been expressly agreed in writing.

Quotations as well as illustrations, material and dimensional data in brochures and catalogues are non-binding. Quotations without a validity period are subject to change. If a validity period is noted in an offer, the offer shall be binding as long as the order is received by us within this period.

order/delivery deadlines

All verbal and written orders shall be deemed to have been accepted when they have either been delivered or confirmed by "SFFilterdienst GmbH". SF-Filterdienst GmbH" is authorised to make partial deliveries at any time, depending on the availability of the goods. Cancellations and claims for damages in the event of any delays in delivery or complete non-delivery are not permitted.

Prices

Unless otherwise agreed, the prices valid on the order date shall apply. SFFilterdienst GmbH expressly reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. All prices are net prices plus VAT, packaging, transport and cash on delivery costs. Additional costs for special requests shall be borne by the customer. For orders below the

For orders below the minimum order value of €50, we charge a small quantity surcharge plus VAT.

dispatch

Delivery is ex Weiler. The customer bears the transport risk for all deliveries. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer at the latest when the delivery leaves our warehouse. This also applies to part deliveries. Special agreements made in writing shall remain excluded. SF-Filterdienst GmbH" can refuse deliveries if there are outstanding, due claims against the customer.

Sample, trial or inspection consignments

Samples, trial or sample consignments are always invoiced. Special agreements are excluded. If the goods are returned within two months, a corresponding credit note will be issued depending on the condition of the returned goods.

Payment

Our invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, net, without any deductions.

Exceptions are special agreements made in writing. Deviating

terms of payment require the express written consent of "SFFilterdienst GmbH". All delivered products remain the property of "SF-Filterdienst GmbH" until full payment

The retention, offsetting or reduction of payments as a result of a notice of defects, delay in delivery or a counterclaim not recognised by us are not permitted.
