If you have previously requested your login, we recommend that you check your e-mail inbox, including the spam folder.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request it again using the "Reset password" function. If you do not yet have an account, you can create a new account by completing the form in the "Register" section.

A sublogin is an additional username and password that depends on a main account. This is particularly useful for larger companies with multiple employees who need access to perform checks or place orders.

I can't log in. If you are having problems logging into your account via this page, please first check that your username and password are correct.

If you have forgotten your username or password, don't worry, it happens. Simply go to "Login" and click on "Forgot password" to reset your login details.

Please note that the new login details will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered.

If you still have problems logging in to your customer area, please get in touch with our SF-Filter team in your area or send us a contact form. We are always available to help you solve your log-in problems.
